I must thank Andy for a great walk.  The thrill of crossing the two aretes on two occassions was one not to be missed especially when Andy had to rescue a damsel in distress who could not cross the snow cornice onto Swirral Edge.  If you haven't seen Andy's web page here is a link to his great photographs and accounts:-
