Tony, Elaine, Jon, Mike and Terry founded Neck of the Wood in the summer of 1997 after playing for some while in The Acme String Band  Our music is an eclectic blend of folk tunes, ballads, blues and standards.  We are equally happy playing acoustic or electric gigs in clubs and pubs, and with our caller John Turner can provide a complete package of entertainment for barn dances and ceilidhs.
