The British Memorial 10K Road Race

The British Memorial 10K Road Race through the heart of London is a new race over the attractive, more easily and widely attainable distance of ten kilometres (6.2 miles). There is a strict limit of 20,000 runners and we have 12 reserved places.

This race will take place for the first time on Sunday 22nd July 2001. There will be extensive media coverage of this event as the route takes the runners through the finest unrivalled route in the capital. There will also be ceremonial bands playing on route, celebrity involvement and an estimated 100,000 on course spectators.
