My good friend Ron, first told me about Astral Projection a number of years back, and I have been trying to prove it one way or the other ever since.

Whether it is an 'esoteric' experience or just a state of mind, I feel it has a lot to teach us about the nature of our consciousness and perhaps the mortality of our bodies.

In the text that follows, please note that it is not the experience which is in doubt but the interpretation of that experience. Whether you view it as totally real or just a metaphor for a psychological state, the Out of Body Experience cannot be ignored, it changes too many lives. This site aims to briefly inform you, and hopefully lead you to further investigations, into this remarkable experience.

I use the terms 'Out of Body Experience' and Astral Projection interchangeably, however you may notice I prefer the latter, since it has a more romantic feel about it. However, this does not necessarily imply that I buy into any particular explaination for the experience.
