THE CHRISTMAS
CD
It's only early November
but Michael's Christmas CD
is here.
I simply can't wait to play
it
until the Christmas season
draws near.
So I placed it in my CD player
and as it started to play
it put me in a holiday mood
and these thoughts I want to
relay
Have yourself a merry little
Christmas.
Sing Ave Maria and O Holy Night.
Celebrate and rejoice in the
season,
the season of wonder and delight.
You may be driving home for
Christmas
from a distance far or near
across the miles, over mountain
and river
returning home to those you
hold dear.
Today when a child is born
it's a miracle like long ago
when Mary gave birth to Jesus
so peace and comfort we may
know
As long as there's Christmas
they'll be hope for love and
peace.
So light a candle and say a
prayer
that anger and hate will someday
cease.
So everyone gather together
eat cookies and tell a winter's
tale
and don't forget all your friends
you've met through your MBFC
e-mail.
On a silent night I say my
thanks
for my online friends who have
brought me cheer
and to you all I wish good
health, great joy
and a Michael filled Happy
New Year.
