Three walls are tiled from floor to ceiling. The floor is a solid sheet of hard-wearing linoleum, sealed around the edges so that water cannot escape underneath and flood the flat below. Because there is a new main water feed to the flats, we now have the pressure allowing a showerto be added as part of the new bath fittings. You can see the new intercom unit in the hallway.
