These three pictures show the extent of the work the contractors had to do prior to fitting the cupboards etc as per "tenants' choice".The work included fitting pretty well new everything and replastering the walls.
You can see where the extractor fan ducting for both kitchen and bathroom will be fitted in the outer wall and below the hole, yet to be cut, for the balanced flue gas water heating system.
