This shows quite clearly, the start of the new balcony.The external wall will be fitte with double-glazed opening windows with the addition of one window set at 90' to the frontage to give a wrap-round view.
There will be a quarry tiled floor to the inner glazed partition which will have the door fitted within it to allow access to the balcony.
It has been designed to allow residents in all the flats the feeling of an extension to their living rooms by the use of the additional space.
