          be taken en route but these will NOT be Time Checks.   Distances
          & Times are to the underlined route points.   Abbreviations:-
          S.O. Straight On;  P.H. Public House;  S.P. Sign Post.
          If a Competitor inadvertantly leaves the Course he must rejoin
          same at the point at which he left it.
