Marine Research : home page

Welcome to the Marine Research website.  Marine Research don't exist any more, but Amelia, Pete, DJ Downfall and Rob are active musically in various ways.  This is what they're up to (last updated November 2005):

Pete is playing in The Would-be-goods, Speed of Sound and Scarlet's Well .  The Would-be-goods have released a fourth album 'The Morning After' on Fortuna Pop (UK) and Matinee (US). Scarlet's Well have a new album 'The Unreal Scarlet's Well' due out in Jan 2006.

Amelia, DJ and Rob have a band called Tender Trap. They have a new single out ('Language Lessons EP') and their second album 'Talking Backwards' will be out in early 2006. The single is out on Matinee , and the album will be on both Fortuna Pop (Europe) and Matinee (US).

DJ released his first full DJ Downfall album 'The Curse' in late 2002 on Where It's At. DJ has also recorded the music for a variety of TV programmes under the name John Downfall.

Cathy has given up music (and TV) and moved to Italy to grow and sell olive trees. Go to Nudo to buy one!

We'll leave the Marine Research site up for the time being.  Thanks to all those people who came to see the band play and to the people who got in touch with us via the net.

Finally...

The T-Shirts have all gone.  Sorry.
