After negotiating all through the night at a summit in Brussels, European leaders have finally agreed a compromise on who is to lead the new European Central Bank which will set interest rates across 11 countries.
On a Monday it will be Wim Icenberg from Holland and on a Tuesday it will be a Frenchman called Jean Claude Touche. On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays it will be a three legged horse from Portugal.
