Situated just five minutes walk west of the Royal Yacht Squadron, at the end of 'The Green', The house is an elegant Victorian building converted into 12 flats. The Penthouse occupies the entire top floor. The Master and second bedrooms have fine views across the Solent, however the 'jewel in the crown' is the balcony. At 10ft x 10ft, it can comfortably seat eight for lunch at the elegant teak table and chairs. The view from the balcony, at a height of 180ft above sea-level, is without doubt one of the finest in the entire Solent, as can be seen from the background image of this page. From East to West the view stretches from Lee-on-Solent all the way around to Lymington. The beach is just 100 yds from the appartment. If boating is your thing, then it doesn't come much better than this!

The Accommodation

  • The master bedroom (21'x16') with double bed, en-suite shower, loo and washbasin.

  • The second bedroom (15'6"x11'6") has two single beds ( can be pushed together to make a double) with washbasin and cabinets.

  • The third bedroom (15'x 9'6") also has two single beds which can also be pushed together to make a double.

  • Large sitting-room (17'6"x15'6") with sofa / double futon (providing two more beds if needed), sofas, TV/Video, stereo with CD and tape facilities, a dozen or so tapes are provided covering a wide range of musical taste if you forget to bring your own.
  • Dining area (10'8"x7'10") at the end of the sitting room from which access to the balcony is gained via full length patio doors. Antique ship's dining table seats eight.
  • Kitchen (9'6"x7'), fully equipped with washing machine, electric hob, gas oven, fridge, kettle etc plus a complete set of kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery
  • Bathroom (6'8"x6'8")with bath, loo and bidet.
