Friends of Rhyl Miniature Railway
| President: Rev Alan Cliff | Secretary: Dave Bell |
| Chairman: Simon Townsend | Treasurer: Justin Bell |
The Friends organisation has been formed to support the Rhyl Steam Preservation Trust in its aims to preserve and operate the historic fifteen inch gauge steam trains at the Marine Lake, Rhyl.
Rhyl Steam Preservation Trust took over operation of the railway in 2001 and aims to keep its trains in steam for many years to come. The Trust has improved the railway's facilities by building the new Central Station, museum and workshop that opened in 2007.
Membership of the 'Friends' is open to anybody wishing to support the railway and keep in touch with its progress. Subscriptions cost only £7.50 and run to 31st May each year. Those on the internet can visit our site here at www.rhylminiaturerailway.co.uk, whilst Friends will also receive two newsletters per year by post and are entitled to travel on the railway at a reduced rate.
All back-number Newsletters can now also be downloaded in PDF Format from the What's New page.
