A panel of speakers will present arguments for and against retaining front gardens rather than their conversion to parking spaces. A lively discussion with a mixed audience will then follow. The debate marks the launch of North Kensington Environment Forum's leaflet promoting retention of front gardens and Ealing's Local Agenda 21 Pollution & Public Health Project Group research paper on hardsurfacing of gardens in Ealing.
