"Another stunning display from the king of beige, this time a boombastic live offering. If you thought his Greatest Hits was a must have album, wait until you hear this. Recorded live in Sydney in 1997, this is simply an outrageous display combining Bobs vocal talents and comic timing. From the opening Route 66 to the closing Yeah Yeah, each and every track is a corker! It makes you want to both dance around and laugh at the same time. I challenge anyone not to laugh out loud during the 66 minutes of this disc. Long time Bob fans will find old favourites and new classics here, while those not used to the Aussie maestro must give it a spin and soon you'll be hooked. Whether in ecstatic mood or need cheering up, this is a must own album!"

"Australia's finest export performs all the songs you associate with him on this great debut CD. From duets like 'Guilty' and 'Don't You Want Me' to such great disco stompers like 'Xanadu', 'Fame' and 'I Will Survive'. Of course no Bob Downe CD is complete without a version of Georgie Fame's "Yeh Yeh" performed with Bobs trademark gritted teeth and cheesy smile croon. For live Bob at his best check out 'Jazzy' and if you can get hold of it, BD's sidekick Pastel Vespa recorded a great EP called "Tubthumping". By rights, Bob should be dominating the pop charts world wide!"
