You know the story. You talk to some of your friends at school or work and all they can talk about is that great game they've been playing over the internet. So you figure sure, why not, I'll go buy that and get in on the action. Heck some of us go out and buy a system just to get in on it! A lot more than will admit I bet! Anyway you get your system and/or your internet access, then go out and buy this great game you've heard so much about, install it, and NOTHING! Absolutely NOTHING happens.

Your palms start to sweat, your temples begin to pulsate, you begin to think about the jack you just threw down to get to this cursed point! You pick up the phone and call your "friend" and tell him nothing works! His reply? Hmm.. it works fine on my machine and I didn't have to do anything. By now your head is spinning and you feel as if you could reach through the phone line and rip out your buddy's lungs.
