The Rosary
A series of prayers in honour of Mary Mother of God . The complete Rosary contains
fifteen decades, each decade consists of one Our Father, ten Hail Mary’s , and a
Glory Be to the Father,etc.The Rosary itself is a circlet of beads devised to help and
count and pray without distraction. An extension of the circlet contains a crucifix ( on
which the Our Father is said ); three beads together ( for three Hail Mary’s); and
another single bead( for the Our Father) marking the beginning of the first decade of the
Rosary. Each five decades is devoted to meditating on the Joyful, sorrowful, or glorious
mysteries which commemorate some event in the life of Our Lord or Mary His Mother.

The Presentation
The Finding In The Temple
The five Sorrowful Mysteries are:-
The Agony In The Garden
The Scourging at the Pillar
The Crowning With Thorns
The Carrying of The Cross
The Crucifixion
The five Glorious Mysteries are:-
The Resurrection
The Ascension
The Descent Of The Holy Spirit
The Assumption
The Coronation
