Cosmic Ordering

Start small. Start with something that can be easily pictured, such as an item or jewellery, or  a book or CD. Anything more esoteric, such as a message from a loved one, or anything bigger, such as a job promotion, can take practise. You'll see it when you believe it, rather than you'll believe it when you see it, is the way to success. Once you've achieved a small item, your faith will increase and so will your ability!

Learning to give readings

The golden rule here is don't reach. Say what you see, however far-fetched it seems. If you try to extrapolate, you're bound to go on the wrong track. If your subject doesn't recognise what you're saying - for instance that there's a child in spirit trying to connect with them - have them consult family members on the family's history. It's surprising what will turn up given time.

How To Be Hypnotised for Regression

The harder you try, the harder it is to do. If you're having trouble being hypnotised, stop trying so hard. Get some help in the form of a CD.
