Molins Magic was created in 1978 when Mo (Maurice Weller) first worked as a solo act at Warners Holiday camp in Hayling Island U.K. Mo was first known as "uncle Mo" as he was a childrens entertainer but he also entertained adults in his own show in the camps night club.
Mo then brought his first illusion (subtrunk) and then got himself an assistant to help out with this and then included her in a complete new act.
In 1979 Mo & Linda (hence The Molins) then entered  the Whitbred Search For A Star competition and came out winners. Offers of work soon came in and The Molins was then off to the U.S.A. for work onboard the M.S. Dolphin for nine months sailing from Miami

Mo stayed in America after leaving the ship. He lived and worked in New York for one  year where he met Diane who was to become his new assistant.
The next two years were spent at sea covering three world cruises.

In 1983 Mo started working for a German cruise company, Transocean Tours.
A total of eight world cruises have been completed with Transocean, onboard the Mikhail Lermontov, Alexander Pushkin, Odessa, Columbus Caravelle, Gripsholme,
Fedor Dostoevskiy,Calypso & the Astor.
