Winds of Magick is my own custom Magic system for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay.

It draws its inspiration from a variety of sources ranging from the WFRP Rulebook, elements of Ken Rolston's Realms of Sorcery (such as Alchemy, Enchanted Item Rules, and many adapted Spells and Rituals), and my own ideas.

In essence, Winds of Magick replaces the Ingredients system of the main Rulebook with the concept of drawing and channeling power through the Spellcaster's mind, or if he/she is more sensible, through a Focus. The amount of power that can be drawn upon in this way is limited only by the Spellcaster's own capabilities, hence a greater emphasis on the INT and WP scores of the Character.

Most Spells and Rituals have customisable effects and/or duration depending on how many Magick Points are successfully channeled.

There will also be rules coving Alchemy, creation of various forms of Artifacts, and complete Spell/Ritual lists.

The section coving Careers and the Wizardry Guild, learning Spells and other such things will be up shortly.
