BAE Systems, Filton

		A Small but tall building to house the test rig for the new generation of Airbus aircraft. With a clear height internally of 26 metres, the building is provided with a special test rig foundation, a tight BMS control heating and ventilating system and a remote controlled overhead crane. A fast track programme to obtain a detailed Planning Permission, the preparation of tender documentation, and a speedy on site programme ensured completion on time and within budget.
