Ok, this is just a mathematical trick, run by a computer script, but the analytical centers of our brains use all sources of input to come to conclusions. Intuition itself will draw upon all a persons senses, including the spiritual to produce conclusions.

Let me give an example, when we are nervous (such as when we lie), we secrete a chemical that can be detected (smelt), and recognized by the subconscious brain. Women are far better than men at smelling this chemical, yet is it not women who are famous for 'intuition'?

This is not to say ESP does not exist, if fact I believe it does. But the human psyche is complex, and will use our eyes, ears, nose, memories, intellect and telepathy in fact any source of translatable information when it needs.
