We are now looking forward to the start of the new season in the second division. After a ridiculous climax to last season when my lads had to play no fewer than five games over an eleven day period we gained promotion to the second division by finishing in third place. Not bad for a side that has only been together for two seasons.
We also reached the semi final of the "League Shield" losing 2-1 to our close rivals "Bartley Green Youth".
All in all last season was very good, the lads battled hard and were a credit to the club.
Lets see if we can go one better this season and aim for division one!!!
