Stu Arnold is well known as one of the country,s leading charter skippers, taking superb photo's of the fish his crews catch. Now as well as being author of "The Art of Wreck Fishing" he has taken a big gamble and published the book himself. He deserves every bit of success he gets and I think he,s on a winner with this little gem of a book. Stu's style of writing is so easy to read, its just as if he were coaching you on the boat. His knowledge of the subject is second to none and any angler who wants to learn about wreck fishing from scratch must read this book. It will save him hours, in knowing the right tackle to take and the methods to fish. The more experienced will also learn from the numerous tips and hints in the 140 pages, that are packed with photo,s and line drawings. To me its an anglers book! not a boat owners manual, that many books on the subject seem to become. There are a few hints on anchoring, drifting etc. but in the main Stu keeps to the core subject and that is catching fish from wrecks. He does not keep any of his secrets, giving them freely, so that a greater number of people can enjoy the last really fruitfull fishing we have left in this country, which is deep water wrecking.
