JSC 'ALNAS' possesses a foundry shop and is experienced in manufacturing complicated high quality castings used in the manufacture of operating components of pumps for oil production and castings of vented and non-vented brake discs and other auto components.
The foundry shop is equipped with advanced up-to-date equipment.
All castings are produced on DISA 230 X, 2013 MK4 lines with use of cores, manufactured on core machines of “PETERLE”, Italy, “NANIVA”, Japan, and “DISACOR”, Denmark.
EMAG VSC 400 DD automated complex of high precision makes machining of castings and brake disc details.
The company 'ALNAS' has successfully passed certification of ISO/TS 16949:2002 International Standard and is accredited by the BVQI in June 2005, under certificate No. 173818.

Designers of the automotive system department have developed an original design of the vented brake discs that feature improved characteristics: high hardness, that provides long service life of brake discs and changing of design of air channels and transition part from hub to work surfaces, improves heat removal from brake surfaces and reduces deformation (buckling, hopping) of brake discs at temperature overloads, that negatively affect control of a motor car.
Comparison testing carried out has shown excellent characteristics of 'ALNAS' brake discs in the most complicated conditions.
