Aviation Bearings Factory is an independent manufacturing company that specializes
in the production of aerospace and military bearings. The company produces about
4,500 types of radial ball bearings, radial thrust ball bearings, radial and
thrust roller bearings, and taper roller bearings including double-raw bearings,
flange bearings and other modifications.
HIGH-PRECISION AND SPECIAL BEARINGS
Our products range from 10mm to 600mm in diameter and from 20g to 60kg in weight
and are manufactured using special steels, stainless steels, stainless steels
with titanium, bronze alloys, aluminum alloys, brass and plastic.
Bearings can be manufactured in high-precision versions (ABEC-5, ABEC-7, ABEC-9),
in low-noise versions, with silver or black oxide plating, and in other special
versions. We also produce separate parts: balls, rollers and needle rollers.
BEARINGS FOR AIRCRAFT AND HELICOPTER ENGINES
We generally specialize in producing bearings for aircraft and helicopter engines
and high-precision bearings for machine building.
All Soviet and Russian-made aeroengines have our bearings installed.
Our bearings are also utilized by many industries in a wide range of military
and civil products, being important parts of rockets, tanks, submarines, vessels,
industrial electric motors, cars, tractors etc.

Strict quality control is organized at all stages of the manufacturing
process, based on a well-developed network of experimental and research laboratories.
Bearings for aerospace and military applications undergo extra complex testing
employing the full range of inspection facilities.
Our quality-control system meets all the up-to-date demands and is certified
according to ISO-9001 and 'Military Register' ('Voenni Registr'). With 50 years
experience in bearings manufacturing and Soviet defense technologies, international
certifications guarantee high quality and long-term operation of our products.
RESEARCH FACILITIES
Aviation Bearings Factory has its own research facilities, enabling
us to design and put into production new types of bearings. Their experienced
