CSC KURSKREZINOTEKHNIKA is a first-rate manufacturer of conveyor belts, hoses
and a variety of other goods in Russia, with 60 years experience of activity
in the market of technical rubber products.
The range of conveyor belts manufactured by CSC KURSKREZINOTEKHNIKA covers all
spheres of the mining industry, and includes rubber-fabric and steel cord belts,
as well as general purpose, fire-resistant, frost and heat-resistant, anti static
and current-conducting belts. Other products include conveyor driving drum linings
and high-pressure rubber hoses.

RUBBER-FABRIC CONVEYOR BELTS
Our rubber-fabric conveyor belts are manufactured according to the following
specifications:
GENERAL PURPOSE RUBBER-FABRIC
BELTS
This is the highest demanded type of conveyor belt in the mining industry. The
belts consist of rubber-fabric carcass on the basis of synthetic fabrics made
of polyamide (PP) or polyester-polyamide (EP) threads and outer rubber covers
of working and non-working surfaces.
FIRE-RESISTANT RUBBER-FABRIC BELTS
These are new-generation belts specially developed for providing fire-safety
during mine operations. The belt has a fire-resistant carcass and fire-resistant
covers. Fire-resistant conveyor belts conform to DIN 22109 standards.
HEAT-RESISTANT RUBBER-FABRIC BELTS
CSC KURSKREZINOTEKHNIKA manufactures belts for the transportation of materials
with temperatures up to 100°C (2T1), 150°C (2T2) and 200°C (2T3).
Rubber-fabric conveyor belts (2T3) introduce a new technological level amongst
special-purpose belts. They are especially effective for the transportation
of hot materials of any abrasion with temperatures up to 200°C.
A short-time effect of temperatures up to 300°C is also tolerated. The belts'
design provides excellent tensile strength at tension, low elongation under
working load, good ability to trough shaping, and high resistance to dynamic
loads for transporting materials with high temperatures.
STEEL CORD CONVEYOR BELTS
Steel cord conveyor belts are manufactured according to the following specifications:
GENERAL PURPOSE STEEL CORD BELTS
The belts are manufactured on the basis of galvanized cords, including ones
with protective fabric ply safely preserving them from slits.
FIRE-RESISTANT STEEL CORD BELTS
Fire-resistant conveyor belts manufactured by CSC KURSKREZINOTEKHNIKA conform
to norms of European fire-safety standards.
FROST-RESISTANT STEEL CORD BELTS
The long-term operation of these conveyor belts, used at ambient temperatures
between -60ºC and 60ºC,
has displayed excellent work, even under conditions of the Russian frosts.
OTHER TYPES OF BELTS
Varieties of oil-resistant, frost-resistant, food and general-purpose belts with grooved surfaces provide the possibility of transporting goods and materials on conveyors working at a higher inclination (up to 35°C).
LININGS FOR CONVEYOR DRIVING DRUMS
CSC KURSKREZINOTEKHNIKA manufacture flame-resistant and fire-resistant designed
conveyor driving drum linings.
HIGH PRESSURE RUBBER HOSES WITH METALLIC BRAIDING
These hoses are manufactured with diameters from 6 to 50mm, a working pressure
from 2.6 to 40MPa and a length of up to 150m. The hoses manufactured by CSC
KURSKREZINOTEKHNIKA conform to EN 853-97 standard.
HOSES WITH TEXTILE REINFORCEMENT
Hoses with diameters from 5 to 25mm are used for gasoline and diesel fuel feed
to internal combustion engines, and are manufactured in accordance with DIN
73379.
Our company also manufactures hoses for gas welding and cutting of metals, irrigation of drill holes, constructing-and-finishing works and food hoses, with altogether more than 30 product titles.
TESTING CENTER
Our in house scientific and technical, laboratory and testing base allows us
to not only improve the quality of currently manufactured production, but also
to develop and master manufacturing of new kinds of production, thus remaining
a leader amongst technical rubber companies in Russia.
CSC KURSKREZINOTEKHNIKA has its own testing center, accredited by State Standard of Russia as a technically qualified testing laboratory with the right to carry out certification tests of technical rubber goods.
SERVICE
The enterprise actively provides service of its production, including
the joining and repairing of rubber-fabric and steel cord conveyor belts of
all types.
