Chromium-Plated Lacquered Tinned Plates for Cans directly from Russia

A Russian company/manufacturer is offering on a constant basis:
Chromium-Plated Lacquered Tinned Plates for Cans (tinned plate of CPLTC grade) in accordance with Russian Technical Conditions 14-1-4756-89
The base layer of steel: 0.18mm; 0.20mm; 0.22mm and 0.25 mm in thickness.The base layer is Ferrous Tinned Plates for Cans (FTC) which meets Russian State Standard (GOST) Specifications No.13345-85 and is made of low-carbon steel such as 08 rimming steel, 10 semi-killed steel, 10 semi-rimming steel grades with chemical contents satisfying Russian State Standard (GOST) 1050-88 Specifications.

Chromium-Plated Lacquered Tinned Plates for Cans is manufactured with the following degrees of hardness:
A2=57+/-3HR 30 T which is agree with T57 (57+/-4) of DIN EN 10202 or B=61+/-3 HR 30 T which is agree with T61 (61+/-4) of DIN EN 10202.
The thickness of chromium coating of both sides is 0.015-0.050 micron (1.4-3.5 mg/dm2.), the mass of Chromium in passive film ranges from 0.03 to 0.4 mg/dm2.

The chromium is applied by electrolytic method.
The thickness of lacquer coating on both sides is 5-7 micron, and it is used the can lacquer according to Russian Technical Conditions and food enamel according to Russian Technical Conditions

There are two grades of tin produced:

• tinned plate with lacquer coating of yellow-green color on both sides of a plate which holds the Certificate of Russian Regional Center of State Sanitary and Epidemic Inspections and is used for producing can-lids

• tinned plate coated with mixture of enamel and Lacquer of silver-gray color on both sides showing high corrosion resistance in sterilization;
  also holds the Certificate of Russian Regional Center of State Sanitary and Epidemic Inspections and is used for producing cans for meat,
  fish and vegetable foods with vinegar, tomato paste, oil and distilled water, etc.

Chromium-plated tinned plates is produced in sheets and rolls:

Sheet sizes are 712x512mm, 712x724mm, 712x 820mm
All sheets are packed in packages the weight of which is ranging 1400-1500 kg.
Roll widths range (mm) – 80, 104, 120, 155, 165, 170, 180, 195, 223, 315, 342, 512, 712, 820.
Roll weights range from 400kg to1000 kg.

The Company offers the minimum lot of 80MT Chromium-Plated Lacquered Tinned Plates for Cans (CPLTC)
For a example, Sizes of plates: 0.22x712x820mm, hardness B in 4 - 20'' containers.

The price is $65000 US per lot, according to FOB conditions (Sea ports: St-Petersburg or Novorossiysk, Russia)
The supplier will accept payment on the Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit (LC), open for 30 days but could discuss other variations of payment.

The company is ready to supply at this moment in time, but are interested in discussing other (preferable larger) quantities which are suatibale for the buyer. The company can supply for export tinned plates on a regular and long term basis.
