as per GOST 6782.2 (Quality Certificate)

Shipment can be arranged on a weekly basis, in a train carriage with 600-620
pieces in each.
Shipment is to be effected by the Seller to the Client’s port (Astrakhan
or others).
The client is to indicate precise location of the delivery to come, with the
station code.
Estimate price – 170 Euros per one cubic metre of sleepers delivered and
cleared for export at the Client’s station (Astrakhan).
Total – 170,000 Euros.
Payment – Letter of Credit, D.C/L monthly per a consignment in question.
Delivery – within a month since opening L/C.
PROCEDURE:
- The Client puts forward a quotation
for the Seller with indication of the goods required: quality, quantity, kind
of packaging, destination point.
- The Seller makes an offer.
- The Seller prepares a contract.
- Upon the contract having been
singed (fax is accepted) the Client puts forward an order for the saw materials
and opens an account with the Seller’s bank, then carries out payment
of a monthly lot.
- The Seller delivers the shipment
in accordance with the order as far as the Client’s port (Astrakhan
or others) and clears it for export.
- The Client can accept the shipment
at the point of dispatch either with assistance of its authorized representative
or through an independent expert. Quality requirements, acceptance procedures,
control methods, transportation specifications are all indicated in the Attachment
No 1 provided with the document.
- The Seller is supposed to dispatch
all accompanying documents by fax to the Client within 2 days since shipment
of the lot.
- Destination point is the port
of Astrakhan, where the contract is considered accomplished upon receipt of
the shipment by the Client and where the Client effects loading on board of
a vessel.
- The Client has a right to lay
claims to quality and/or quantity of the goods in accordance with EU standards.
The order can be prolonged should
no reciprocal claims arise.
