DRILLING AND MINING EQUIPMENT
Rudgormash Public Joint Stock Company is one of the largest enterprises in the production of drilling, mining and concentrating equipment in Russia.
Rudgormash equipment includes blasthole drilling rigs, screening and separating equipment and self-propelled mine cars for underground transportation, and is deployed at hundreds of mining and building industry enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries.
Rudgormash exports equipment to more than 20 countries worldwide.

RUDGORMASH BLASTHOLE DRILLING RIGS
Crawler mounted self-propelled blasthole drilling rigs, designed for roller bit drilling of vertical and inclined blastholes, are used in the opencast mining of mineral resources on rocks with an ultimate strength of up to 300MPa at uniaxial compression.
They can be used with dry or wet dust suppression.
There are three different models in different weights:
· Light model - drilling rig CБШ-160/200-40 - mass 50t, completely hydraulic, used for drilling blastholes of diameter 160mm to 215mm in rocks with ultimate strength up to 200MPa at uniaxial compression
· Medium model (base) - drilling rig CБШ-250 MHA-32 - mass 80t, used for drilling blastholes of diameter 190mm to 270mm in rocks with ultimate strength up to 300MPa at uniaxial compression
· Heavy model - drilling rig CБШ-250 MHA-32 - platform type, mass 100t, used for drilling blastholes of diameter 250mm to 270mm in rocks with ultimate strength up to 300MPa at uniaxial compression

RUDGORMASH CONCENTRATING EQUIPMENT - SCREENS
Rudgormash screens are used on sintering plants and concentrating mills to separate loose materials into size classes via one or two sieves.
Rudgormash produces vibrating screens for both dry and wet classification of materials with a lump size up to 400mm, including:
· Light and heavy screens
· Self-balanced screens with a straight path of box vibrations
· Unbalanced throw screens with a circular path of box vibrations
· Unbalanced throw screens with a changeable field of vibrations
The screens are manufactured in a supporting and suspended construction type, and have one to three sieving surfaces.
They have a width between 1,250mm to 3,000mm and a capacity between 40t/hr to 3,000 t/hr.
The screens are made of alloyed, wear-resisting and high-strength steel.

FEEDERS
Swinging and disk feeders are used for uniform output of lumpy and granular materials with a bulk cargo volume mass of 1,200t/mі (ПК) to 2,500t/mі (ДТ).
Feeders include the following: ПK-1,2-8; ПK-1,2-10; РK-1,2-12; ДT-25A; ДT-31A and ДT-20A.
SEPARATORS
Rudgormash produces the following separators:
· РБM - for wet concentration of highly magnetic ores and materials with a lump size up to 6mm - drum diameter of 900mm to 1,500mm, drum length 2,000mm to 3,000mm, capacity 100t/hr to 250t/hr - depending on the technological stage of concentration the separators may be completed with baths of a direct-flow, counter-flow and semi-counter-flow type
· РБC - for dry magnetic concentration of highly magnetic materials up to 50mm, providing 100t/hr to 500t/hr capacity per initial product
· ЭBM - for wet concentration of low magnetic materials sized 0.1mm to 4mm, providing capacity as per initial hard product of 25t/hr to 30 t/hr
· ЭBC - for dry concentration of low magnetic material sized 0.1mm to 4mm, providing capacity as per initial product of 0.3t/hr to 12t/hr
· РБP - for regeneration of magnetite weighting material, with capacity 150mі/hr to 400mі/hr

SELF-PROPELLED MINE CARS FOR UNDERGROUND TRANSPORTATION
Rudgormash manufactures self-propelled mine cars 5BC 15M, BC-30, designed for transportation of mined material in gassy (methane) and dusty underground mines.
A two-speed chain conveyer in combination with an adjustable discharge height ensures effective car body filling as well as quick material unloading into both ore chutes and transport vehicles with a height of up to 1.4m.
The car features three-speed electric motors and an all-wheel drive that accounts for high car manouverability and an ability to negotiate long slopes.
The steering system is hydraulically operated.
The УKP(л) machine, for hauling men, and the УKP(r) machine (mine supplies carrier) are used in underground mines free from dangerous contents of gas and dust in the environment.
