FIRST IN FAIRNESS

First in fairness is a system that monitors the cost effectiveness of the your calling plan on a monthly basis.

In doing this the system measures how much the calls would have cost across all of Cellnet's calling plans. If the system finds that you have made more - or less - calls than expected and would have made savings by being on a different calling plan, Cellnet will refund the difference.

First in freedom is designed to free you from signing a 12 month contract, you simply agree to pay for each month that you are connected to Cellnet.

If you choose to disconnect during the first 12 months you simply give 30 days written notice and return your phone, battery and charger in good condition to Cellnet.

If for whatever reason you don't do this there is a penalty fee of up to £200. The rewards for connecting for a longer period are by means of discounts which range from 3% for over 1 year and 15% for over 5 years. If you then choose to disconnect before the end of the period a proportion of the discount is charged to you as a form of penalty.

First for families offers you the opportunity to make savings on your calls of up to 50%. It works just like BT's friends & family system and we are sure that it will be every bit as successful.

The savings on offer are 50% off off-peak calls and 10% off peak calls. You can have up to 10 nominated numbers which can include 1 international number, other mobile numbers, 901 Callback numbers and Traffic line services.

First for families is free to join and the nominated numbers can be changed any time during the year.

A system that allows low cost handsets and extends the whole range of benefits offered by the Cellnet First programme to up to 6 members of your family.

When you join first for families you can purchase an additional 5 phones at a reduced price, connect them for only £17.50 (50% off) and enjoy a monthly rental charge of £12.50 (as opposed to £17.50, £25 or £40). Each phone can have it's own 10 nominated numbers.
