The "offline" price is what you will pay, although in most cases you can take off a further 17.5% for tax. If you are confused, please Email or fax us.

Although you can call voice at any time, it is not usually possible to give quotes immediately over the phone for quantity.

A Few Common Issues.

"How much for 10,000 phones, delivered immediately?"...

We are rather concerned with the sheer amount of enquiries asking for 1,000 - 10,000 units. In our experience these sort of enquiries never lead to sales and we wouldn't recommend anyone purchase so many phones in one go as the prices change too frequently - meaning you are likely to be stuck with stock that has depreciated in value. We should also point out that the prices do not vary that significantly in bulk. For example, a phone selling for £200 for one unit is not going to drop to £50 even if you did purchase 10,000 units.

Calling up with impossible orders wastes both your time and ours. Please don't bother if you are not in a position to actually place a firm order.

"Can we order by VISA or MASTERCARD?"...

For security reasons, we DO NOT accept credit cards for payment on export orders. In addition, for quantity, we cannot accept credit cards simply because the margins are too low. If you are unable to offer cleared payment in advance, we regret we will not be able to supply you with phones.

SIM-Free Export Prices.

The prices shown on the rest of our web pages are for CONNECTED phone and are not applicable for exporting. The reason the prices are lower in the UK is due to the networks subsidising the sales of mobile phones here, making them initially seem cheaper than many other countries around the world.

The downside of our subsidised system is that, generally, UK customers pay more in line rental each month to pay back the "loaned" commission. This means UK subscribers ultimately pay more than users in many other countries.

The phones supplied for export are UNCONNECTED and unlocked. This means they may be used on any suitable GSM 900MHz network world-wide. All phones come with UK power supplies unless otherwise stated, but we can arrange for European or other foreign power supplies to be included in many cases.

How to pay for your order.

• BANK TRANSFER:

Bank transfers are also known as a Wire Transfer or T.T. (Telegraphic Transfer). You will need to make a payment direct to our bank account before we can ship any goods to you.

We will advise on the shipping charges when we give you a final quote for the order. In certain cases we can invoice the shipping charges separately, or you may prefer to arrange for a carrier to collect from us at your expense (ideal if you have a corporate rate).

We ship with City Link in the UK, which goes via DHL in the United States. Our alternative carriers include UPS, TNT and FedEx. Please let us know if you have any particular preference on how we ship your goods. If you wish to arrange a pick up from us, please let us know so we can give your carrier the exact details required.
