what is lease cost routing?
Least Cost Routing is a system designed to save you money on all your local, regional, national and international calls as well as calls to mobile phones.
why is LCR allowed to exist?
Least cost routing is relatively new in the UK and has come about
since the Government passed a bill to deregulate the national
telephone system.
This ended the BT monopoly, allowing C J M Communications to offer you a highly
competitive service with substantial discounts on all your calls.
how does it work?
• Least cost routing works by simply re-routing your calls
through TDL or LCR’s billing systems.
• It does this via a FREE ‘smart box’ that
attaches to your phone and BT or cable socket or Access Number.
• In other words, you keep your existing telephone number,
dial as normal, and receive exactly the same high quality
service.
• The only difference you’ll notice will be on your
bills - they’ll be much, much lower !
• Nothing changes but the price you pay !
• You can also Request a Discounted 0800 or 0845 Number with this Service Billed Much lower per Sec than B.T or Cable.
• C J M Communications also supply Premium Rate Numbers. Premium Rate Numbers are good for your Business Offering Information Services From 25p - £1.50 Per Minuet. Thus increasing Your Business Profits.
• C J M Communications is an authorised OPAL dealer, and can supply The Opal Assistant Personal Phone Number Service. Personal numbers are great for people on the move. Just put one phone number on your business cards, and people will be able to contact you anywhere.
Opal Assistant forwards your phone calls to one of a number of pre-programmed locations in your 'hunt group' until you answer the phone. The Opal Assistant also offers a service which stores fax messages and forwards them when you are ready to receive them. There are no ongoing charges, and the numbers can be connected immediatley.
• C J M Communications also supply national Rate 0870 & 0990 numbers. An 0870 number gives a business a national presence, and is theirs for life. There are no ongoing charges (BT and other service providers currently charge a monthly line rental).

LCR Mobile Access Service Desription
Yes it's true, by clever use of your mobile phones it's possible to save 75% or more on daytime calls.
The Mobile Access service allows subscribers to make cheap UK national calls. This service may be used if the Mobile phone operator, currently Orange, or One2One allow their customers to dial 0800 Freephone numbers free.

Operation
To make a call, dial your unique 0800 number ( this can be stored in the phones memory). When the 0800 number answers dial the full UK number followed by # and the call will connect. to make a follow on call simply dial ##.
Some mobiles allow on-dialing to be performed in one operation direct from memory.
NOTE Because Orange Talkplans provide free minutes, these can be used for all calls other than UK national calls.
