AIRTIME REGISTRATION FORMS

Orange Airtime Registration Form.
All Orange phones are connected before they are sent out. For us to be able to do this, you must complete an Airtime Registration Form. Once returned, we will send a contract out to you which should be completed, signed and returned. Once received by us, we can send out your phone, and will have everything we need to send the phone out to you.

Cellnet & Vodafone Airtime Registration Form.
Before we can send out any phone connected on the Cellnet network, we need to carry our a credit check. When you return the credit check form, we will send a contract out to you which should be completed, signed and returned. Once received by us, we can send out your phone which will be connected on delivery.

One 2 One Airtime Registration Form
All One 2 One phones are connected before they are sent out. For us to be able to do this, you must complete an Airtime Registration Form. Once returned, we will send a contract out to you which should be completed, signed and returned. Once received by us, we can send out your phone, and will have everything we need to send the phone out to you.

However, it is important to point out that online ordering is still not very popular in the UK due to a number of factors (a lack of confidence in the reliability and speed, as perceived by the user, being one of the significant ones).

Many people have experienced problems with orders taking a long time to be processed, orders not being processed at all and even duplicate orders being made when you re-submit an order by error. Due to the lack of any human contact, many people are still very cautious about placing an order without speaking to someone either before or after.

Delivery

Free Nationwide Delivery

All phones, or phones with accessories, are sent by City Link with next (working) day delivery guaranteed. Smaller packages, such as leather cases etc., will be sent out by Royal Mail recorded delivery. The Royal Mail often deliver on Saturdays, at no extra cost. Delivery of phones on Saturdays can be arranged for an additional £20 but you must call to arrange this in advance. We also do C.O.D the standard charge for this service is £20

If any part of your order is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will part ship (unless an essential part of the order is not available) to prevent the whole order being delayed. Although we try to ensure we have phones in stock each day, demand and lack of availability of some models could mean that there will be a slight delay.

All orders are treated on a first come, first served basis.

Please leave us a telephone contact number with your order so that we can contact you quickly if we cannot supply your order straight away, for any reason.

	Everything we sell should perform exactly to your requirements. If you aren't happy then we aren't happy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with anything that you purchased - simply return the item for a full refund (or a replacement item if you would prefer). The only thing we ask is that you return the item/s in good condition - with all of the relevant packaging etc. We may charge for damaged goods (apart from normal acceptable wear and tear) and goods missing important items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
