Carton
Presentation Systems
Comcount
makes a range of automatic carton presentation systems. These machines
are loaded with cartons by the operator. The cartons are then conveyed
to the discharge point of the filling machine. After being filled they
are then returned to the operator.
This system greatly increases the
efficiency of the operation as the operator is not tied to the filling
machine as is the case when hand presenting cartons. After loading the
presentation system, the operator is then free to carry out other tasks
while the cartons are being filled such as closing, labelling,
palletising or other packing operations.
The
presentation systems also allow the packing operation to be fully
automated as automatic carton erection and closing machines can then be
integrated into the line either when the system is purchased or at any
time in the future.
In addition to these standard systems
Comcount will also design and make presentation systems to suit
customers particular requirements.

fit underneath a Comcount weighing machine hence minimizing the
floor area required for the system. |

series of carton presentation systems are high speed units suitable
for high output filling machines such as the Comcount Model 25 or 08
weighing machines. |
