Counting & Weighing Machines
Comcount manufactures a complete range of
bowl feeder counting and combined counting and weighing machines.
The pure counting machines use a vibratory
bowl to transfer product to an optical counting head where the parts are
counted individually. This system is used when low counts are required
e.g. 20 down to 1 and when the piece weight of the parts being counted
varies significantly making weighcounting impossible.
The bowl feeder weighing machines have all
the features of the pure counting machines but also have a weighpan
capable of weighing and weighcounting the parts delivered by the
bowlfeeder. This makes the machines extremely flexible and capable of
producing packs containing single parts to many thousands.
All of our counting machines are
controlled by microprocessor systems with a wide range of programmable
options.

range of counting machines use a sensitive light curtain to count
parts delivered by the vibratory bowl feeder. Suitable for packs
containing 1 to 100 parts. |

The BFW
range of machines can not only count using the integrated light
curtain but also incorporate a weighpan for weighing and
weighcounting products. This make the machines extremely flexible. |
