Model 0 & 05 Weighing Machines The Model 0 Weighing Machine The Model 0 and 05 weighing machines are automatic weighing machines and weighcounting machines specifically designed for producing light weight packs of micro and miniature sized products. Typical applications include micro screws, small fasteners, screws, electronic components, crimp connectors, paper clips seed and tablets. Items from as small as 1mm diameter up to 50mm long have been successfully handled. The machine operates by controlling the feed of product by means of independent electromagnetic vibrators through bulk and fine feed lanes into a weighpan mounted on a sensitive weighing mechanism. The machines are extremely compact and are ideal for operation either as a stand alone unit or in conjunction with an automatic bagmaking or carton presentation system. Features include :- Controlled by sophisticated microprocessor control system allowing operation in weight or weighcount modes. Completely independent fine feed finger with adjustable tooling to simplify product changeover. Specially formed and hardened feed trays to enhance product flow and minimize product damage. Two speed feed on bulk and fine for enhanced accuracy. Advanced control features such as Auto-Zero, Refeed on Underweight and selectable actions on Overweight incorporated as standard. Operation from single phase 230V supply. No compressed air supply required. 200 product setting can be stored internally for instant recall. Interface to external PC system available allowing storage of unlimited product settings. Flexible synchronization interface allowing connection to all commonly available packaging machinery.
