BF Bowl Feeder Counting Machines The BF530 Bowlfeeder Counting Machine The BF range of bowl feeder counting machines use a vibratory bowl feeder to deliver parts to a sensitive optical counting head where they are counted individually. This system is ideal for high speed packing of low counts - typically from 1 to 100 pieces. The bowl has an adjustable tooling section allowing it to be adapted to suit different products and is coated in a durable polyurethane finish to reduce wear, product damage and noise. An optional sensor can be used to detect the level of product on the bowl and hence control an infeed system to keep the bowl topped up. The machines are ideal for operation either as a stand alone unit or in conjunction with an automatic bagmaking or carton presentation system. Adjustable tooling with 2 stages to cater for a wide range of different products.. Cast aluminium bowl in a range of sizes. Polyurethane coated to reduce wear, product damage and noise. Highly accurate light curtain to count parts with adjustable sensitivity to help with swarf rejection. Operation from single phase 230V supply. Flexible synchronization interface allowing connection to all commonly available packaging machinery. Optional bowl sensor to control infeed system if present.
