Weighing Machines Comcount manufactures a comprehensive range of linear weighing and weighcounting machines. These machines will weigh or weighcount product into preset batch quantities and discharge the finished weighment on demand. The minimum target quantity is usually 20 to 25 pieces with the maximum limited only by the weighpan size and weight range of the machine. All have microprocessor control systems with a wide range of control options and all can run in pure weight mode or count mode when a piece weight is programmed in. The Model 0 and Model 05 machines are the smallest machines in the range specifically designed for producing light weight packs of micro and miniature sized components. The Model 10 and 20 machines are medium range machines designed for batch weighing and weighcounting common hardware components, primarily dense products such as metal parts and fasteners. The Model 22 machine is a medium range machine specifically designed for lighter and bulkier products such as plastic parts and mouldings. The Model 23 machine is a flexible medium range machine with advanced features for higher output. These include a dual weighing mechanism and optional roller fine feed system. The Model 08 and 25 machines are twin head machines designed to provide approximately twice the output of a single head machine. The Model 30 and 40 are the largest machines in the range intended for bulk packing up to 30 Kg per discharge.
