Ordering Information - please read all of the following, be aware of the facts (note this is a guide only, we are not responsible for any importation problems or additional charges from couriers or banks):

Brief note on Quotes:
For an estimate of prices in your own currency use Xenon. But note, the conversion is a guide only. The price you will be charged is that what we quote which is in Pounds. What you end up paying is based on the current exchange rate charge by your bank. Your bank may also charge for conversion. If you are paying by card or bank transfer, your bank will do conversion calculation for you and is beyond our control.

You can pay by:
International Bank Transfer (subject to £8 charge for orders under £200 exc. tax)
Bank Transfer (from UK account, no surcharge)
Paypal (subject to 6% surcharge)
Cash (GBP only - foreign currencies subject to exchange rate changes and conversion costs)

Note: Payments will only be accepted in POUNDS STERLING.

Bank Transfer. You can transfer funds directly into our account. This involves filling out a form at your bank instructing them to transfer funds to our account. You must pay ALL charges and pay in pounds sterling. We will email you bank details when order agreed. There is a surcharge for foreign bank transfers (non UK).

 Cash - your risk to send cash through the post. Send by registered post or courier. We only accept UK Pounds sterling.

Paypal, subject to surcharge.

In ALL cases, we ONLY accept UK pounds sterling (GBP). If we receive foreign currency there must be enough to cover to order value and any currency conversion costs. If there is a short-fall, extra must be sent to cover cost, or money will be returned (minus costs).

VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE SENDING US SOMETHING FOR MOD / REPAIR:
 If you are shipping us an instrument from outside the UK (or EEC) for a repair or modification, you must clearly mark on the shipping documents and on a letter inside that the instrument is being sent to us for repair/modification and is to be returned back to yourself on completion. I do not need to or have to pay import tax on shipments coming to us for repair/mod. I do not have the time, knowledge or set-up to be able to deal with HM Customs as this is a minefield best avoided.
If your package arrives with excessive charges we may be refuse to accept it..
Most couriers (including UPS and FedEx) now charge for what they call 'non-standard entries' - i.e. something that is only temporarily coming into the country. The charge can be anything from about £15 up to about £40. This charge is your responsibility - it is nothing to do with us. Either you will have to pay it direct, or we can pay it and bill you. There is no cheap alternative to this. Note: most packages slip through the system, but UPS and FedEx tend to charge it more than most. You must always tick the box agreeing you to pay all charges of delivery and tax.
It really is best you do not send us anything from outside the EU for mod or repair - buy our kits instead and find a local tech.

Other points:
Goods will leave when funds fully cleared in our account.
We will only hold stock for about 2 weeks.
We test everything before it leaves, however, we will never cover shipping cost either way for returns.
No refunds or exchanges on Audio CDs, CD-ROMs, software, manuals, or modification kits.
Credit Card surcharge, other charges or postage not refunded in event of refund.
All other standard conditions apply (call for details) - there are no hidden unreasonable terms!


Note about tax:
EU customers must pay VAT @ 17.5% unless you have a valid VAT number.
Those outside the EU do not pay VAT, but you may have to pay import duty. Import duty is your responsibility so check it out. I have no information about what the rules and rates are for each country. If you are lucky, you may not get charged! We will not marked packages as 'gifts' or put a lower value - this is illegal and could cause me big trouble.
