We the undersigned agree to the terms and conditions for the rental
of La Roche, as set out in the booking conditions. We enclose a cheque
made payable to Tim & Jenny Warren for 25% of the full rental, the
balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of hire together with a
security deposit of £150.
