Garments. Prices vary from garment to garment, but as a guideline, to make an item of clothing from a commercial pattern the charges are based on a rate of £15.00
an hour. As the garments get more complex the prices will increase, and the addition of embroidery and other additions will increase the cost. A full price list for the

Private Lessons and Workshops.
Foundation sewing: with clients using paper patterns of their own choice. Teaching non sewers, and those with basic sewing skills the basic techniques and how to
adapt paper patterns to their own requirements. £15.00 per hour for individuals, contact me for details of workshop pricing.
Advanced skills: for those with some prior experience, taking students through the entire garment making process. Starting with the draughting of a pattern, to
specific measurements, through to toile creation, to the finished garment. £20.00 - £25.00 per hour for individuals, dependent on what is required - see the
price list for more information. Contact me for details of workshop pricing.
Students must supply their own cottons, fabric and sewing equipment, and may bring their own machines. Sheila can provide a range of paper patterns if necessary. If you have
