To create a vibrant, co-operative gymnastics club based upon democratic principles wherein young people can grow not only in awareness of one another’s worth, but also in generous and sensitive recognition of each other’s varying abilities and weaknesses within the sport.

To recognize individual talent and develop it towards excellence, or the greatest ability for each individual.
