Free Screen Savers & Stuff

These next few pages will be constantly updated. Keep checking back for more free stuff.

Johnny Castaway: An oldie but a goody, this has been around as long as I can remember. It was made by Sierra software, though the last time I looked on their site it wasn't available. For those of you who are not familiar with it, it depicts a man on a desert island, going through all sorts of fun and games. Different every time and time and date sensitive. It is now freeware so I'm sure no one will mind it being available here.Self install/un-install

Still Screen Saver: This is an animated saver of a (German?) warehouse, in normal operation. Still are manufacturers of Fork Lifts, though it's not a plug for them! It's quite big (1.25Mb), though it's worth it! To install this one, double click on it and it installs the folder c:\still. Open this folder, and double click on Set-up.exe Follow the default settings, and it will set itself as the current saver. c:\still can now be deleted. If you want to remove the saver, delete the file Still.scr

The savers which do not self-install should "usually" live in c:\windows\system. If they won't run from there, then try them in c:\windows. To configure or set them, right click on an empty desktop area, select properties, then the screensaver tab. Scroll down to find them then just select them. Any problems, mail me.

To download these savers, just click on the titles. All links checked, but if they don't work, please try later.
