Schedule

This is almost certainly the toughest thing for me to predict.  I do work full time and will still be devoting far too many hours to my UO characters!

Also, I have to admit that I'm stumbling my way through programming Active Server Pages (ASP) with database integration.  It's something new for me, so I'm teaching myself as I go.  Of course, the easiest way of learning anything computer related is to get your hands dirty and darn well do it!!  So far, nothing seems to be outlandishly complicated.  Only time will tell.

Site hosting may be a problem.  Bog standard free webspace and most privately paid for webspace don't include ASP support.  The few free ISP's that I have seen providing ASP do so at some terrible cost (i.e. pop up banners all the time, two or more of their adverts on each page, or bandwidth limits each month etc.).  If anyone can recommend a good (and cheap) ISP that can handle ASP pages without too many downsides, please email me at sizzlepot@hotmail.com.

Anyway, I'm drifting here!  A very rough, and definitely not guaranteed schedule::
March 2001 FEEDBACK - Hopefully lots of it, with fresh ideas, suggestions, criticisms etc. from you UO Traders!!
ROUGH DEVELOPMENT - Very rough if you don't mind me saying!  Certainly not for public consumption, with a lot of playing around and learning on my part.  However, during this time many ideas or potential problems will become apparent.
April 2001 SITE DESIGN - OK... this is headache time for me!  The more serious job of getting everything working together correctly!
May 2001 TESTING - Yes, I may need your assistance yet again!  I'd imagine that all manner of things will go wrong in the early days.  However, rigorous testing will occur before going live.
June 2001 LAUNCH TIME and PROMOTION!
