American (Flanders Field) Cemetery at Waregem and Memorial to the missing. 

The majority of the burials are from the 37th and 91st American Division, who entered the front line in October 1918, near to this cemetery

At the entrance is a flag pole bearing the national flag which is raised and lowered daily and a visitors centre.

The crosses are made from white Italian marble flecked with grey. In the centre is is an elegant chapel, inside are inscribed the names of 43 American soldiers, who have have no known grave.
