War Graves In Britain To encourage people to find local Commonwealth War Graves in Great Britain, in order to foster knowledge and awareness, To inspire others to make a commitment to spending a few hours each year tending neglected war graves. Eventually, to compile a record of untended war graves, whether or not any commitment has been made to their future care, and of volunteers tending them or willing to offer help.
