Alan Whelan joins Mellor FC

The committee is delighted to announce that Alan Whelan will be joining the club as Second Team manager for the 2006-07 season. Alan is currently the manager of Sunday side Aerospace, for which many of Mellor's players appear. He has previously taken a number of successful training sessions for Mellor. Alan has played professional football in Spain and brings a wealth of football knowledge and enthusiasm to Mellor.
