Si Dalby

Returned to manage the First Team at the start of the 2010-11 season, replacing Stu Cumpsty who moved to Woodley Reserves.. Simon was previously at Mellor from 2003-2007, when he led the First team to two successive Stockport Senior Cup finals, winning the second match to lift the trophy for the first time in the club's history. In his third season Mellor finished runners-up in the Premiership, the club's highest ever placing.

Alex Wharton

Joined the club in his mid-30s, played with distinction for the First and Second Teams and won the Player of the Year for the Seconds in 2003-2004 when the side was promoted. Appointed Second Team manager at the start of the 2007-08 season and achieved the side's highest position for at least 30 years. In 2008-09 he steered the side to an appearance in the Stockport Senior Cup Final where Mellor were narrowly beaten 2-0 by Poynton First Team. This is his first job in management at Mellor after being the club's award winning secretary for a number of years. In season 2009-10 he led the Seconds to a remarkable 3-0 triumph in the Wray Cup Final against Chorltonians.

Gary Brown

Took over from Dunc Bray as Third team co-manager at the start of 2010-11 season after a successful revival of the Fourths the previous year, culminating in an appearance in the Hellawell Shield Final.

Adam Axford

Third Team co-manager. Won the club's Philip Hambleton Trophy for services to the club in 2009-10.

Jamie Philp

Fourth Team manager in 2010-11

Phil McGreal. First Team assistant manager for 2009-10. He helped Stu Cumpsty top run the Fourths in 2008-09. Provides good banter in the dressing room and pitchside and can come on to score the odd goal or play full-back (well probably not for the Firsts anymore). Mr Versatile.

John Bellis

Club stalwart, without whom Mellor would not function. Helped to run the first team in 2005-06 but now a "floating helper" between teams. He has been known to don his boots occasionally - the ones with the leather nail-in studs. He has run the first and second teams previously and held many other positions in the club, including secretary and vice-chairman. He's also a nifty artist (as he keeps telling the barmaid in the Royal Scot) so if you want a Monet of the future contact jbwatercolours@btopenworld.com He was named Saturday Soccer Personality of the Year by the Stockport Sports Council in 2006. Nickname: El Bel. DoB 15.11.38
