At Market Bite we like small teams. The more people who work on a project the greater the possibility of mistakes and the less responsibility is taken collectively. Our philosophy is to use the minimum number of very talented individuals to complete a project so communications are simplified and every part of the team feels responsible for the success of your project.

We don't compromise on the quality of the individuals but we keep costs competitive by ensuring they are as multi-skilled as possible and understand what's expected of them from the outset.

We like proactive, 'hands-on' individuals who foresee problems before they occur and try to make things easy for the next link in the chain by completing their part of the project supremely well.
